100 - which should end today

my morning panic attack is over and i am exhausted from it. when i wake up on the couch at 6am, i feel fine. it's when i get out of bed, and come into the living room that it starts. doc was already up, and he had made his own coffee. all was taken care of. but i still couldn't get a solid breath and my heart still pounded and my mind went all wonky. i took two xanax to put a stop to it. and now it's gone, mostly.

both leeloo and felix curled up with me when i went to bed after dawn. they were both purring and it was a great soundtrack to fall asleep to.
