a cool down, only 105 today
the bruises on my elbow are coming up. it's ugly. i wonder what i hit it on.
it's a good morning. i got up on time, but after plenty of sleep. ate, took my meds, drinking coffee and copious amounts of water. i was smoking in the apartment earlier, which is a no no, and doc came out to turn down the a/c and very quietly said, "busted". i repeated it and said nothing more. he didn't yell or insult or call me names. it was nice.
felix took off on me last night. i don't know what time he came home or when doc let him in, but i took him out with me to have a cigarette, and he usually lays down next to me. last night he ran down the steps and took off. without so much as a meow in farewell. fred pulled the food can out of the trap last night. it's getting more clever. still has a sore on it's right side, but it looks likes it's getting smaller. got to catch that cat.
