tech hasn't bugged me to go out for a couple of days. maybe it's too hot for him. it's still 102 out and sunset is in 20 minutes. even felix spent all day passed out in here instead of out on the balcony watching the birds. it can't be easy with all that fur. we really need to catch feral cat. i can't bear to think of it (we really need to find a gender neutral name for it) out in the heat all summer, that has to suck. last night FC was here and felix was out running around. he didn't come home for another two hours. i don't even think he jumped last night, i think he snuck out the door while i was stepping out for a cigarette. cheeky monkey. that's not going to become habit.
