rain predicted

i think i've settled on a kodak printer. i was going to get one with a fax on it, but i don't really think we'll use it and we can save $70 by not getting a fax. seems worth it not to get it. i just can't wait to have a printer again. i can print out coupons for doc. i can hook it up to the laptop and print out my emails from etsy on how to sell better. then i can freecycle my old printers, since they still work, and know that they're still being used. ink is just too expensive for them. i've taken good care of them, though. they print beautifully when they have ink. they're both parallel connections, so i can't use them with my laptop, which is where i have the etsy emails to print. it would be nice to have a printer that i could hook up to this.

i woke up this morning and made the mistake of looking at doc's alarm clock. it said eleven, so i jumped out of bed and got dressed and came out here so he could go to bed. i get out here and sit down and the clock on the cable box says nine. he doesn't even know when he's messing with his clock, he does it in his sleep. so he was still up for a while. he still went to bed before ten, so he'll be up at three. tonight is his friday. and tomorrow is my birthday and the day i get new jeans that fit me. if he's in a good mood, i may even get cake. i didn't get any cake last year. it was sad. my whole birthday last year was sad. this one will be better.
