chloe update

she's in the vet hospital for three days getting her system flushed out. her kidneys are failing. old age. she also was dehydrated and had some kind of infection. this is going to cost a ton. when the vet broke the price to me i had to come home and wake doc up to consult with him. when he got up for work later, i asked if he had any questions about today and he said no and that was all we said to each other. the vet said that chloe was much more alert and active than a cat with her astronomical numbers should be.

i wish i could help doc through this but the most i can do is just leave him alone. i really hope this therapy they're doing on her works. it could buy her anywhere from a few months to a few years.
