i just stopped a panic attack with some kitty petting therapy and half a xanax. then i ate so my stomach would stop rumbling and so i could have a cup of coffee.
i've been up for nearly three hours and i can't account for any of them. i know i've got a Burn Notice marathon on tv, that helps everything fade into everything else, i guess.
keeping a grip and letting myself feel is the key. that and xanax for now.
