17:01 i'm burning dragon's blood incense and it is so soothing. the kitchen is totally clean. only a few more chores. #
21:35 the salmon is cooked. pan seared. thus ends what i had to do today. #
12:29 last night i slept better without the ambien, thus begins an experiment. maybe i don't need it after all. #
