not much going on

i haven't talked to my sponsor for two days. well. this is day two. i left a message both times i called. i hope that counts as checking in. i only have one meeting under my belt. i need to get to that NA meeting.

in other news, i have my shield up and am impervious to triggers and other unpleasant things.

i got the smoothing balm for the hair straightening kit i'm building. the last thing i will use in the process of straightening. it sits with my cleansers and lotions on the bathroom counter. waiting. i won't wash my hair until the rest get here. another two days or so of waiting.

doc is looking over my shoulder and laughing at my writing. silly man.
