i need a sponsor

i feel weak today. i'm alone in the house and i'm feeling painfully sober.

i think i'll put all my pamphlets in a binder together and read some of them whilst i do it.

when M comes home, we're going to a half off sale at a big thrift store. i think i'll ask him if we can go to a meeting tonight at rehab. then we'll find an NA meeting for later in the week. i have a lot of reading to do and a workbook to finish.

i tried to use my old hair straightener last night. but failed miserably. it doesn't get hot enough and has hair product burned on it. my check arrives this week and i can get a ceramic straightener.
