'tis the season for diet commercials

we're all supposed to want to lose weight for our new year's resolution. and while you're at it, quit smoking and get your balding corrected, too.

i almost freaked out. i mean i was on the very edge of a full fledged hurting myself and going nuts in general. my meds stopped that. none too soon. i hate when that happens.

i never made it to christmas decoration photos of scenic places around las vegas. i think i have this week to get to some of them. then everything will be dressed all springy to make it come faster. i made that last part up. the part about making spring come faster. i don't know why they do it. it just sounded like a good and primal reason.
