"i should be hoping, but i can't stop thinking"

i made it to 8:30 this morning. but once i woke up, i couldn't get back to sleep. i stayed up until 2:30 am. i ended up taking a 7 hour nap last night/yesterday. i can't be left to sleep, i'll stay asleep if i'm on my meds. he vacuumed and made other various noise, he just didn't wake me up with it. once i'm asleep (and sleeping in the hospital was completely different), i stay asleep until i'm woken up. nobody woke me up and i didn't set any kind of alarm to wake up.

half an hour til med time. i'm glad we got bananas. yogurt early in the morning doesn't agree with me. i don't know why, there is no reason to.
