my new computer toys are here! the keyboard is just what i wanted, it has all the extra buttons for email and homepage and music control. the trackball is a really cool silver grey and feels so nice in my hand.

my contacts are misbehaving this morning. one keeps slipping off its place. so i am blinking a lot. i just put them in, so i'll get used to them in an hour or so.

no bad dreams last night. i woke up in a moderately good mood that has evolved into a very good mood.

now i'm just waiting for the maintenance guy to bring the new toilet for M's room. i know he's looking forward to it.

jack is wary of the box i got the keyboard and trackball in. he is circling the living room, always stopping at the box to sniff it out. my little mercenary guard cat. how cute.
