i've been laying down for short naps and waking up 6 hours later, when i am woken up. i'm getting pretty sick of it. so i'm cutting out nap time for a while. we'll see just how important the naps are or are not. if i can stay awake during the maximum sleepies, i'll be fine.
i've already run out of things to say. i guess i'm saving it for the therapist, poor guy.
