i'm home after almost a week of IV medications and no diagnosis. i'm on pain pills for my headaches and i have a pain patch on my arm. i don't know what i'll do when that comes off.

the good news is that my MRI and CAT scan came back clean. the bad news is that they don't know what is wrong with me. i had a seizure specialist, a neurologist and an internist who couldn't seem to agree on treatment.

meanwhile my hopes for ever becoming a junkie were completely dashed. my veins are for shit. i am covered with bruises from IVs that didn't work.

i've been keeping a rather detailed paper journal through this, i don't know if i'll post it. there doesn't seem a need.

thanks for your responses, i'll get to them as soon as i'm allowed to sit up for more than a few minutes at a time.
