mars mars mars

i got hold of a little program called TuneUp Utilities and with it you can personalize all sorts of graphic bits of windows. so now the opening page with the scrolling cylon bar is now a landscape of mars. my welcome page is a field of lavendar. and the color scheme is black and grey. too cool. fun toy. i only have a 30 day trial, and i plan to have much fun with it.

we'll see if i can go 24 hours without breaking the computer again. then maybe it can stop living on the floor. i think it would be happy with that.
