peace

i'm feeling markedly better this morning. i'm also closely watching a sore on my tongue and hoping it is bad timing and not a side effect of the lamictal increase. but i feel positive about it and that itself is a big change. my coping skills seem to be returning.

today i shall clean this place and maybe take some pictures. i want to play with my "old" camera, the mavica. i feel i've been neglecting it for the new camera.
