lotion question

i have strange skin, oddly dry and flaky, and most of my hair folicles (all over my body) are facing the wrong way. ingrown hairs are a way of life.

but no lotion has ever helped. on my face i have a very oily t-zone that also peels with the least provokation, like scratching an itch.

i'm ready to stop the bargain products, i'm tired of bumpies all over my ass and tummy and strange facial greasy crap.
