that was the best sandwhich i've had in a very long time. i don't usually splurge on a baguette for sandwhiches, since i on;y get two out of them and the ends for croutons. i should see what local bakery sells fresh petit pan.
doc got me bean sprouts instead of alfalfa sprouts. they were actually better than the afalfa sprouts would have been.
and a tip to deli novices, if the roast beast is not properly cooked, it won't slice thin no matter how you swear at the meat and doc.
i did decide to dice the onions instead of trying to hold my hand still to slice them thin. i do a great onion mince. that was a good decision. added a bit of sour cream (to keep the avacado from turning brown) and red onion and cumin to the flavoring mix for the guac. i'll not be using a packet in the future. i was just being lazy.
