a tasty tidbit from this one regarding PETA:
Good PR can't beat Gourmet Cruelty when the group boasts on the Internet that leader "Sarahjane Blum and her crew may have broken some laws" when they broke into Sonoma Foie Gras and liberated 15 ducks, "taught them to eat on their own, and even gave them workouts on a water treadmill."
Think. They're proud they terrorize families and destroy small businesses so that ducks can work out.
i am not insensitive to animal rights. please, anyone who says i am clearly knows nothing about me. i recently saw a thing on how eggs are mechanically harvested and the 999,000 chickens lined up and stacked up in cages, and i'm still freaked to eat eggs, and they were a basic part of what is laughingly referred to as a diet. but gluing locks shut and vandalization is really not a good way to make a point.
